Closing the gender gap

This workshop reflects on the problem of lack of women in organizations. Evidence is presented on the biases and barriers to access that women face throughout their professional and academic lives such as the 'glass ceiling' and the 'leaky pipe'. In addition, what happens in Peru and other countries in the region is compared, as well as the women-men ratio in  business, academic and public spheres.
