columnism workshop

The workshop trains spokespersons in writing an opinion column for a newspaper or magazine. Participants understand the nature of opinion journalism and its limits; they learn to define and approach their audiences, and to develop a journalistic argumentation structure; and —after analyzing articles published in local media— they write a column, which is edited and proposed to a media outlet for publication.
